- 2 cups (480 ml) Heavy cream cold
- 1 can (400 g) Sweetened condensed milk 14oz
- 12 oz (340 g) Strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon Pink gel food coloring optional
- 4-5 Chopped strawberry optional
Instructions
- Place strawberries in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks.
- Add, sweetened condensed milk, strawberry puree, food coloring and beat on low speed until incorporated.
- Chop 4-5 strawberries add to ice cream batter, fold until combined. this stage is optional.
- Transfer into a container/dish, freeze for least 6 hours.

I am going to try this recipe again, I tried before before came out with icicles. I have made lots of flavors using this/your method very good results, not sure why the strawberry never seems to work. i always use fresh strawberries. My popular and favorite flavors for my family are rum and raisins, mango, guava and Guinness stout. I am Jamaican so i tend to do fruit flavors of the island
