Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe

Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cups 250g Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon 5g Instant-dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- â…” cup 160 Water
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
For topping:
- 2 tablespoons 30g Melted butter
- 4 Garlic cloves crushed
- 2 oz 60g Mozzarella *or more for extra cheesy bread
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan
- 1-2 tablespoons Parsley optional
Instructions

- Make the dough: in a large bowl whisk flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water, olive oil and mix until dough is formed.
- Knead the dough until soft and smooth.
- Let rise until doubled in size, about one hour.
- Make the butter mixture: in a bowl mix melted butter, crushed garlic, chopped parsley.
- Pinch the dough to release the air. Roll the dough into a thin rectangle. Place the rectangle on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Score the dough into strips or squares, then spread the butter mixture, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
- For extra cheesy bread sprinkle more cheese after 15 minutes.
- You can use any cheese that you like.
- Serve with salad of your choice.
