For the dough:

5g Instant-dry yeast

For topping:

30g Melted butter

Garlic cloves

60g Mozzarella *or more for extra cheesy bread

Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Make the dough: in a large bowl whisk flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water, olive oil and mix until dough is formed.
Knead the dough until soft and smooth.
Let rise until doubled in size, about one hour.
Make the butter mixture: in a bowl mix melted butter, crushed garlic, chopped parsley.
Pinch the dough to release the air. Roll the dough into a thin rectangle. Place the rectangle on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Score the dough into strips or squares, then spread the butter mixture, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
For extra cheesy bread sprinkle more cheese after 15 minutes.
You can use any cheese that you like.
Serve with salad of your choice.
