Dalgona Honeycomb Cookies – It seems there is no one who hasn’t seen the Netflix series “Squid Game”. In episode 3 of the new and cruel series from South Korea, we have all seen the cookie game. A game where the contestants need to separate the shape from the cookie. The cookie is a honeycomb cookie known by its other name; Dalgona cookie. This candy is a famous Korean street food, basically it’s a caramelized lollipop and it’s very easy to make (only 2 ingredients).

so good I love this recipe\\\\\\\\\
I did this and put a cut out circle of parchment paper at the bottom of the tin to prevent sticking, it forms the shape well but the sides stick so it’s still impossible to remove without breaking it. I found the best way to shape them is to spoon some on to parchment paper then lay some more paper on top, then first press it with a tuna can to get the circle shape then use a flat object to flatten it the bulge, then if you blow on the parchment paper to cool it down while peeling it will come off easy, last step is press a shape with a cookie cutter and done. (5 hours and 1/2lb of sugar and frustration)
I saw it on youtube and it looked fun so I tried it.
This was amazing 👍😍🤩

At first I messed it up , but on my second try it worked! Also you have to be really fast when putting the mix onto the parchement paper ! Thank you
It definitely worked at my second attempt. my Grandson enjoyed cutting out the star & best of all eating it. Thank you.
Worked for me!
Can I make them without baking soda or what can I use instead of baking soda?
