These pistachio oatmeal cookies are one of the coolest cookies ive ever created. They are healthy, easy to make are really delicious.

Pistachio Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas ripe
- ½ cup 120g Pistachio paste
- 2 cups 180g Rolled oats
- â…“ cup White chocolate chips (optional
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Peel the bananas and place them in a bow, mash until smooth.
- Add pistachio butter and mix until combined.
- Add oats and white chocolate chips, then add baking soda and mix until combined.
- Scoop out a portion of the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

I read through the Pistachio Oatmeal Cookies Recipe article, and it was so easy to follow! The instructions were clear, and I couldn’t wait to give it a try. After making them, I found that they were not only delicious but also super easy to make. My mom loved them too, so now I can make these cookies for both of us.
