DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Peel the bananas and place them in a bow, mash until smooth.
Add
pistachio butter
and mix until combined.
Add oats and white chocolate chips, then add baking soda and mix until combined.
Scoop out a portion of the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
