Three Bean Salad Recipe
Three bean salad is a classic salad recipe That everyone loves. This bean salad is made of red kidney bean, white kidney beans and garbanzo beans (chickpeas). A perfect salad for any season and any occasion.
Three Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 can 15oz/g Chickpeas
- 1 can 15oz/g Red kidney beans
- 1 can 15oz/g White kidney beans
- 2 Celery stalks
- 1 medium Cucumber diced
- ½ Red onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix chickpeas, red beans, white beans, chopped celery stalks, diced cucumber, chopped red onion and chopped parsley.
- In a separate small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.
