Ingredients
 

  • 2 Bananas ripe
  • ½ cup 120g Pistachio paste
  • 2 cups 180g Rolled oats
  • â…“ cup White chocolate chips (optional

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
    2. Peel the bananas and place them in a bow, mash until smooth.
    3. Add pistachio butter and mix until combined.
    4. Add oats and white chocolate chips, then add baking soda and mix until combined.
    5. Scoop out a portion of the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
    7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

  1. I read through the Pistachio Oatmeal Cookies Recipe article, and it was so easy to follow! The instructions were clear, and I couldn’t wait to give it a try.
