- 4 oz 115g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup 115g butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¾ cup 150g sugar
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoon 140g All-purpose flour
- 10-12 Oreo cookies crushed
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS1. In a large bowl cream the butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. 2. Add flour and stir until incorporated. add crushed Oreos and fold until combined 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. 4. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). 5. Roll batter into 1-inch balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
