Black Forest Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup 45g Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup optional
  • 6-8 Cherries chopped
  • ¼ cup 70g Yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup 120ml Milk of choice
  • Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. In a bowl, a glass or a mason jar mix rolled oats, chia seeds, salt maple syrup, chopped cherries, yogurt and milk.
    2. Transfer to a jar or a glass. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    3. Before serving grate one cube of dark chocolate on top of the oats, then add a teaspoon of yogurt and decorate with fresh cherry as you can see in the video.
