Chicken patties are one of my favorite easy meals! They’re crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, making them perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. I love stuffing them into a warm, homemade pita bread with a drizzle of tahini yogurt sauce—absolute heaven! Whether you pan-fry, bake, or air-fry them, these patties always turn out delicious.
Ingredient Notes

- Ground Chicken – Use lean ground chicken for a healthier option. Ground turkey can also be used.
- Onion & Garlic – Grated onion adds moisture; garlic enhances flavor.
- Carrot – Brings natural sweetness and keeps the patties tender.
- Breadcrumbs – Helps bind the patties. Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
