- 2 Large Bananas ripe
- ½ cup 120g Nut butter
- 2 cups 180g Oatmeal
- â…“ cups Chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C), line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Peel the bananas, place in a large bowl and mash. Add nut butter and mix well.
- Add oats, baking soda, chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Scoop out a portion of the batter into the baking sheet. Press to create a cookie shape and add few chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 min, or until golden on the edges.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
