  • 2 Large Bananas ripe
  • ½ cup 120g Nut butter
  • 2 cups 180g Oatmeal
  • â…“ cups Chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking soda

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C), line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. Peel the bananas, place in a large bowl and mash. Add nut butter and mix well.
    3. Add oats, baking soda, chocolate chips and mix until combined.
    4. Scoop out a portion of the batter into the baking sheet. Press to create a cookie shape and add few chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
    5. Bake for 10-12 min, or until golden on the edges.
    6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
