Butter Roasted Cabbage

  • 1 cabbage
  • 5 tablespoons 75g butter, softened
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Olive Oil Roasted Cabbage

  • 1 cabbage
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Chili flakes – optional

Honey & Mustard Roasted Cabbage

  • 1 cabbage
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
    2. Remove the cabbage’s damaged outer leaves. Cut the cabbage into 8 pieces (first cut in half, then into quarters, then cut each quarter in half). Arrange cabbage wedges on the try.
    3. In a bowl mix oil/butter with spices and the rest of the ingredients (honey/mustard).
    4. Brush cabbage wedges with the mixture and roast for 25-30 minutes, until cabbage is tender and edges are golden brown.
