Ingredients
 

  • 3 large white onions
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 leek
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • ½ cup 62g flour
  • â…” cup 111g semolina
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 medium eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Slice onions and leek. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions for 10-12 minutes. Until soft and golden. Transfer to a large bowl.
    2. Chop fresh parsley and add to the bowl. Add garlic cloves, eggs, semolina, flour, salt and pepper. mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
    3. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Drop 1-2 tablespoons of batter into the oil, press lightly to flatten. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown, drain on paper towels.

    These look delicious….would love to have seen a person doing the cooking and talking tho…..makes it worth more to see who is doing it and how they do it, and seeing them either taste it or have a taster do it and hear the results & see what the food looks like once bitten into……
    The music is annoying…..and the writing goes by too fast to write it down…..
