Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup 240g Peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup 60ml Coconut oil
  • 3 cups 270g Rolled oats
  • ½ cup 120ml Maple syrup
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Line a 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a heatproof bowl place dark chocolate and melt. Add peanut butter or any other nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt and mix until smooth.
    3. Add oats and mix until combined.
    4. Transfer the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
    5. Refrigerate until set.
    6. Cut into squares or bars and serve.
