Ingredients
 

  • 4-6 fresh salmon fillets
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 Tsp chili flakes
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 2-3 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients except the salmon.
    2. Put the salmon in the marinade, cover and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    3. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
    4. Arrange salmon fillets on a baking try with parchment paper. Brush fillets with the marinade on top.
    5. Bake 15-20 minutes. After 6-7 min pour 1 tsp of the marinade over the fillets.
    6. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
