  • ¼ cup 60ml Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon White/Red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 batch Kale stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup Cranberries
  • 1 Avocado cut into cubes
