Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 1 cup 125g All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup 125g Plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

For the toppings:

  • Tomato sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Olives
  • Other topping that you like

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    2. Add yogurt and mix until dough forms. Knead the dough for until smooth. Place in a bowl, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
    3. On a floured surface roll out the dough into a thin circle.
    4. In a pan heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil, place the dough and cook over high heat until golden brown, flip and spread few tablespoons of tomato sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
    5. Open the lid, add your favorite toppings, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    6. Serve!
