Honey Oatmeal Bread Recipe
This honey oatmeal bread is one of my favorite bread recipes. Nice crust on the outside, soft and delicate on the inside with gentle flavor of honey. This bread recipe is healthy and full of good nutritional values, made with rolled oats and whole wheat flour.

It came out very tasty! Love it, thanks for the healthy recipe 🙂
Can I substitute the butter with olive oil? 🙂
And thank you for your great recipes and videos!
Yes, you can.
Can I use half bread flour and half whole wheat flour for this recipe?
Yes, you can.
What temperature does the oven need to be if using a fan oven please
Hi David!
First I want to say that you have really nice hands. Very clean and well-manicured! lol I made this recipe today, but switched up the flour…. I did one cup whole wheat, one cup buckwheat flour, and one cup white bread flour. I also substituted the butter with avocado oil to keep it non-dairy. It was divine and has a beautiful earthy/nutty taste from buckwheat flour. Highly recommend. I love that you basted with honey water… gave it a nice sweetness on the first bite! Thanks for the recipe!
Hi Stacy!
Your Bread looks so good and even healthier. Good job 🙂
Is 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast correct. This did not rise for me and yeast was fresh.
