Do you know the calories in a serving
Can you send nutritional info? Carbs, fat calories?
So what is the nutritional value?
I would like to know the nutritional value?
The nutritional value is dependent on the amounts & type of yogurt .
Google 1/4 walnuts for nutritional value ; blueberries & strawberries – depending on how much maple syrup or honey you use , look at the container for that info . The sane would apply for yogurt , do you use fat free , 1%, Greek ? Then check the container and calculate ! Nuts have good fat in them ! It’s the too much sweeenjng you use that is the problem .. although natural honey or maple syrup isn’t bad …
Sounds delicious. My grandkids will love these
Let me know how it comes out.
