Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Line the bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix yogurt, honey/maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract.
Pour yogurt mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle desired toppings; raspberries, blueberries, nuts or other topping that you like.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
Cut into bars and serve frozen.
Keep in the freezer.
