1. Make the meatballs: in a bowl, mix ground chicken, spices, coriander and chopped onion. Form into balls bout 1 inch in diameter.2. In a large skillet add oil on over a medium heat. Place meatballs in the skillet and brown them for about 1-2 minutes from each side. Remove cooked meatballs from the pan and set aside.3. Make the sauce: in the same pan heat oil, add curry powder, garam masala, paprika, grated garlic, grated ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and cook for 4-5 minutes.4. Add coconut milk, chicken stock, salt and stir. Add chicken meatballs, bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 30 minutes. turn the heat off and add chopped coriander.
