Ingredients

1 cup 150g Sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
Pinch Salt
60 g Chocolate

Instructions

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a bowl stir sunflower seeds, salt and syrup maple. Mix well.
3. Using a cookie cutter, shape the cookies: place the cookie cutter on the tray, then spoon into the ring about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture. Press the mixture with the back of the spoon. Gently remove the cookie cutter.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
5. Allow to cool completely.
6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, then dip one side of each cookie in the melted chocolate. Allow
