Ingredients
- 1 lb 450g Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 4-5 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons White wine *read notes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- In a large pan, heat oil and 3 tablespoons of butter. When the butter is melted add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and cook until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Pour in wine, and cook until reduced and alcohol has evaporated, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook until, stirring, for about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn the heat off, add 1 tablespoon of butter and stir in parsley.
- Serve!
