Sunflower Seed Chocolate Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup 150g Sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- Pinch Salt
- 60 g Chocolate
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl stir sunflower seeds, salt and syrup maple. Mix well.
- Using a cookie cutter, shape the cookies: place the cookie cutter on the tray, then spoon into the ring about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture. Press the mixture with the back of the spoon. Gently remove the cookie cutter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, then dip one side of each cookie in the melted chocolate. Allow
