Ingredients
 

Peanut butter balls:

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 1 cup quick oatmeal / oat flour
  • ½ natural peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons water/almond milk/coconut milk

Cacao balls:

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • 200 g pitted madjol dates
  • 85 g almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water if needed

Coconut balls:

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut + for coating

Almond balls:

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 1 cup almond flour – almond meal
  • 200 g pitted madjul dates
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water if needed

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Put all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until sticky, about 1 minute.
    2. Squash the mixture between your hands to form balls.
    3. keep in the fridge.
