Making the recipe right now. What type of chocolate besides being dark is on top of cake after baking? It looked like Hershey bars . Are those sugar free? Please provide specific info. Is cake sweet or bitter?

How do I store this cake once made? Will it go hard if kept in fridge? Will bananas go mouldy and chocolate melt if not kept in fridge? How long will it keep for? Lastly will it freeze? Looks great and I am looking forward to making this cake and even more to eating it, well some of it anyway 😆

You can keep the cake in the fridge up to 3-4 days covered. The taste and texture should be fine, but not as great as at the of the preparation. Yes, you also can freeze the cake.

How do you unmold the cake if the melted chocolate is in the top? Thanks!
