Bounty Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
For the oats:
- ½ cup 45g Rolled oats
- Pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- ½ cup 120ml Coconut milk
- ¼ cup 70g Coconut yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of your choice optional
For the topping (optional):
- 2-3 cubes Dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Coconut milk
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then melt the chocolate and coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour over the oats, spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
