For the oats:

45g Rolled oats
Pinch
Salt

Chia seeds

120ml Coconut milk

70g Coconut yogurt

Desiccated coconut

tablespoons
Sweetener of your choice
optional
For the topping (optional):
2-3
cubes Dark chocolate

Desiccated coconut
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then melt the chocolate and coconut milk and mix until smooth.
Pour over the oats, spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serving sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
