Black Forest Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup 45g Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- Pinch Salt
- 1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup optional
- 6-8 Cherries chopped
- ¼ cup 70g Yogurt of choice
- ½ cup 120ml Milk of choice
- Dark chocolate
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, a glass or a mason jar mix rolled oats, chia seeds, salt maple syrup, chopped cherries, yogurt and milk.
- Transfer to a jar or a glass. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving grate one cube of dark chocolate on top of the oats, then add a teaspoon of yogurt and decorate with fresh cherry as you can see in the video.
