ReplyI gave this a try - was very interested to see how it turned out. I added bacon bits (crispy texture), minced shallots, and used Italian seasoning instead of oregano. I wish I had cooked the pasta little less because the tomatoes gave off a lot of liquid that the pasta could have absorbed with a quick 5-10 minute additional bake-time, but otherwise it was okay.
