Classic Choclate Truffles: 

  • 8 oz 225g Dark chocolate (70%)
  • ½ cup 120ml Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

White Chocolate Truffles:

  • 80 z 225g White chocolate
  • ¼ cup 60ml Heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1½ tablespoon 23g Butter
  • â…“ cup 33g unsweetened shredded/desiccated coconut + 1/4 (25g) for coating
  • pinch salt

Tiramisu Truffles:

  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp 250 g mascarpone
  • 5 oz 140g ladyfingers (savoiardi cookies)
  • 30 ml boiling water
  • â…“ cup + 1 tsp 50g powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup 30 g cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate spread/ Nutella

Brigadeiro:

  • 1 can 14oz/397g Sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup 30g unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon 15g Butter

Oreo Truffles:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • ¾ cup 170g Cream cheese
  • 7 oz 200g Milk/Dark chocolate
  • 7 oz 200g White chocolate

Peanut Butter Truffles:

  • 1 cup 250g Smooth peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons 90g butter, softened
  • 1¾ cups 220g Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz 225g Dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil

Nutella Truffles:

  • ½ cup 120ml Heavy cream
  • 8 oz 230g Dark chocolate
  • â…” cup 200g Nutella spread
  • 2 tablespoons 30g Butter, unsalted
  • Cocoa powder/chocolate sprinkles/chopped hazelnuts for coating

Red Velvet Truffles:

  • 1 cup 225g cream cheese
  • 16 oz 450g White chocolate
  • Red velvet cake batter
