Leftovers: Storing leftover one pot pasta with tomato sauce is simple and helps you enjoy the dish later without losing its delicious flavor. Here's how you can store it properly:
Refrigerator: Allow the pasta to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. When reheating, you can add a splash of water or vegetable stock to loosen up the sauce and restore its texture.
Freezer: For longer storage, you can freeze the leftovers. Once cooled, place the pasta in a freezer-safe container or bag. It can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. When ready to eat, thaw the pasta overnight in the refrigerator and reheat it on the stove, adding a bit of liquid to refresh the sauce.
