Peanut butter banana oat smoothie:

  • ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Natural peanut butter
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)
  • teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup 240ml Cashew milk, or any milk of your choice

Coffee oat smoothie

  • ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds
  • ½ cup 120ml Coffee
  • ½ cup 120ml Oat milk, or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)

Blueberry oat smoothie

  • ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
  • ½ cup 75g Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 cup 240ml Almond milk, or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)

Chocolate oat smoothie

  • ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup 240ml Oat milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)

Spinach oat smoothie

  • ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup 30g baby spinach/kale, packed
  • 1 cup 240ml Soy milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)

Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until completely smooth.
