- 1 cup 240ml Cashew milk, or any milk of your choice

- ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds
- ½ cup 120ml Coffee
- ½ cup 120ml Oat milk, or any milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)
Blueberry oat smoothie
- ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
- ½ cup 75g Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 cup 240ml Almond milk, or any milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup Or any other sweetener (optional)
Chocolate oat smoothie
- ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup 240ml Oat milk or any milk of your choice

Spinach oat smoothie
- ¼ cup 25g Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup 30g baby spinach/kale, packed
