You can diversify with any flavour that you like but the basic recipe is simple. These baked oats are healthy, tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients
 

Nut Butter Baked Oats

  • ½ 45g Rolled/Quick oats
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Almond butter/Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup 60ml Almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips optional

Chocolate Baked Oats

  • ½ 45g Rolled/Quick oats
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup 60ml Almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Spray two ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.
    2. To a powerful blender add all the ingredients except chocolate chips and blend until smooth and creamy.
    3. Pour the batter into the ramekins and top with chocolate chips.
    4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
    5. Drizzle some nut butter/melted chocolate
