  • Canned tuna (with oil)

  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons Chilli sauce

DIRECTIONS
  1. Open a Tuna can. Then, take a paper towel and fold it 2 times into quarters.
  2. Place the paper on top of the tuna, and let it oil soak.
  3. Light the paper from its edges and let it burn for at least 15 minutes, or until the fire extinguishers itself. Gently remove the paper.
  4. Now your burnt (smoked) tuna is ready. You can use it as you usually would, or try this sandwich:
