Ingredients
Halloween Teeth Treats
- 2 Red apples
- Peanut butter smooth
- Mini white marshmallows
Ghost Popcorn
- 1 package Popcorn
- 10 oz 280g White marshmallows
- ¼ cup 60g Butter
- 200 g White chocolate melted
- Candy eyes or decorating eyes
Halloween Stuffed Peppers
- 6 Bell peppers
- 2-3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 Zucchini chopped
- 1 small sweet potato chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 can 400g Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella
Instructions

- Cut the apples into 8 slices.
- Spread each slice on one side with one teaspoon of peanut butter.
- Arrange a line of mini marshmallows on one slice and cover with another slice. Lightly press to form teeth.
- In a large pot heat butter and marshmallows. Stir until melted.
- Add popcorn and stir until combined.
- Grease your hands with butter and shape popcorn mixture into balls. Set aside
- Melt white chocolate and dip each ball into chocolate and arrange them on a tray.
- Decorate with candy eyes.
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Cut the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds.
- Using a sharp paring knife, carve a Jack-O'-Lantern face into each pepper. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add diced sweet potato and cook for 5 minutes, add diced zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked rice stir and cook for 1 minute,
- Fill each pepper with the filling mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with pepper tops.
- Place the peppers into a baking dish, fill the dish with 1/2 cup of water. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
