For the salmon:

Salmon fillets

Honey/sugar

tablespoon
Rice wine vinegar

Sesame oil

Soy sauce

Grated ginger

Crushed garlic cloves

Lemon/lime juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For serving:
Rice/noodles
Asparagus
Broccoli
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
n a small bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger and crushed garlic. Set aside.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large pan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Place the salmon, skin side down in the pan and sear until a golden brown crust forms.
Pour the sauce over the fish, cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook until cooked through.
Serve with rice and asparagus or steamed veggies.
