For the salad:

Large mangos
diced

Cucumber
diced

Red onion

Red bell pepper
chopped

Tomato
chopped

Jalapeno

15oz/425g Black beans, rinsed and drained

Cilantro
chopped
For the dressing:

Lime/lemon juice

Orange juice

tablespoons
Olive oil

teaspoon
Honey/agave syrup/maple syrup

Cumin
Salt to taste
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, place diced mangos, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, tomato, jalapeno, black bean and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, honey, cumin and salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
Chill until ready to serve.
