Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Place the oats into the blender and blend into flour. Note: You can skip this step by using store bought oat flour instead of rolled oats.
Transfer oat flour into a bowl, add baking powder, salt cinnamon and mix.
Add almond butter, maple syrup and mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough between two parchment papers and roll into a thin rectangle.
Remove the upper parchment and score the dough into rectangles as showed in the video.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Separate the cookies/crackers and enjoy!
