How to cook lentil patties:
Bake: bake in preheated 350F (180C) oven for 25-30 minutes.

Notes
Lentil Preparation: Rinse red lentils thoroughly before cooking to remove any impurities and achieve better texture.
Lentil Substitutions: You can substitute red lentils with green or brown lentils. Keep in mind these types require slightly longer cooking times (20-25 minutes) and will result in a firmer texture.
Cooking Methods: Patties can be baked or fried. Baking yields a lighter version, while frying creates a crispier exterior.
Binding Tips: If the patties are too wet, add a tablespoon of flour at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Gluten-Free Option: For a gluten-free alternative, replace regular flour with chickpea flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour.
Serving Suggestions: These patties pair perfectly with salads, wraps, or served alongside rice and veggies for a complete meal.
