depending on desired sweetness (or any other sweetener of your choice)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Grease two ramekins with vegan butter or coconut oil and set aside.
In a bowl mix oat flour, baking powder, pinch of salt and cocoa powder.
Add maple syrup and milk. Mix until combined and smooth.
Divide the batter between prepared ramekins.
Place one cube of high-quality dark chocolate in the center of the batter.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are set, but the center is still soft.
Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Gently flip the cake onto a place and serve with fresh fruits.

Notes
If you make them in advance, wait until the last minute to add the chocolate cube, so it won't sink to the bottom.
If you don't have oat flour, you can blend rolled oats into a fine powder.
Bake them just before serving to have the best warm and gooey chocolate lava cakes.
