Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Make the topping: place dark chocolate in a small bowl, add milk and melt in the microwave. Mix until melted and smooth.
Place roasted hazelnuts into a blender and blend for a few seconds.
Add 1 tablespoon of the chopped hazelnuts to the chocolate, mix Pour over the overnight oats and serve.
