DIRECTIONS
To the blender, add the milk, then the rest of the ingredients.
Blend for 1-2 cycles.
Pour into a glass/cup/jar and enjoy!
To clean the blender, add some soap, water and blend for 1 cycle. Then wipe the blender with a dry, clean towel.
