Preheat oven to 340F (170C). Line the bottom of a 7-inch (18cm) round cake pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a food processor or a Ziploc bag, crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
Transfer to a large bowl, add baking powder, milk and mix until combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Release from the pan and allow to cool.
Place the cookie butter into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Pour melted cookie butter over the cake and allow to set. Sprinkle some crushed Biscoff cookies to decorate if desired.
