Ingredients

Blueberry Lemon Popsicles:

  • ½ cup 120ml Orange Juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup optional
  • 1 ½ cups 225g Blueberries

Mango Popsicles:

  • 1 cup 170g Mango
  • ¾ cup 170g Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup optional

Melon Popsicles:

  • 1 cup 160g melon
  • ¾ cup 170g yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup optional

Peach Popsicles:

  • ½ cup 120ml Orange/peach Juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup optional
  • 1 ½ cups 240g Peaches

Instructions

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into the popsicle mold. Cover the mold with the lid, then place wooden sticks into the hole.
    3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
    4. Release from the mold and enjoy immediately or alternatively place the popsicles into the bags that are included in the mold set.
    5. Keep in the fridge.

    POPSICLE MOLD SET

When you use plastic or other material popsicle, it is extremely hard to release the popsicles out of the mold.  This silicone mold is made of food grate silicone and designed with a special lid, the mold allows holding the popsicle sticks in the direct center of the popsicles.     HOW TO USE POPSICLE MOLD AND HOW TO RELEASE THE POPSICLE OUT OF THE MOLD?
    To make the perfect popsicles just follow the recipe. Make sure you are using the silicone funnel that are included in the set, it helps easy poring and prevents spilling. When the popsicles are solid, follow these instructions: gently open the lid, then gently push the popsicle from the bottom part of the mold, using your thumbs, when you feel the popsicle move, turn the mold over and pull the stick to remove the entire popsicle. Make sure you watch the video to understand to process. Do not try to pull on the popsicle stick immediately, otherwise the popsicle will not come out easily.
