225g Dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids

Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Chop the chocolate and place in a large bowl.
Add boiling water and mix until completely melted.
Place the bowl with the melted chocolate into a bowl with eater and ice. Whisk until thickens and a mousse texture is formed.
Place a spoon in a glass with hot water for a few seconds, then scoop the mousse into a serving plate.
Notes:
As the chocolate is the main ingredient in this recipe, it is highly recommended to use high quality dark chocolate.
To make to mousse more flavorful you can use flavored dark chocolate, for example: orange flavored chocolate, chocolate with chopped nuts and more.
To add extra flavor, you also can add extracts to the mousse, such as: almond extract, orange extract, mint extract and more.
Do not overmix the mousse, otherwise it will harden.
