Ingredients
- 1 cup 240g Pistachio paste
- ¾ cup 150g Sugar *You can reduce 2-3 tablespoons if you prefer less sweet cookies
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup 32g Flour
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). line a baking tray with a parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix pistachio paste, sugar and egg.
- Roll into small balls. Place then onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cookies begin to brown.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool.
